Is the price fixed, or can it change mid-project?
Fixed. Once we agree on scope, the price is confirmed in writing before any work starts. If you request something outside the original scope, we quote that separately rather than adjusting the original invoice.
Do I need to pay everything upfront?
No. Build packages require a 50% deposit to secure your project slot, with the remaining 50% due at launch. Care plans are billed monthly, in advance.
Is hosting included in the build price?
Build packages cover design and development only. Hosting is available through our Priority Care plan, or you’re free to host anywhere you like — we’ll set it up wherever works for you.
Can I switch or cancel a care plan later?
Yes. Care plans run month-to-month with no long-term contract — upgrade, downgrade, or cancel with 30 days’ notice.
What if my project doesn’t fit any package?
That’s what the Custom package is for. Larger stores, unusual integrations, and multi-phase projects get scoped individually on a call, with a price based on the actual work involved.
